Can I return The Pack?Updated a month ago

We have a 30-day return policy for The Pack. If it turns out The Pack isn’t your bag, head over to our Returns Portal, fill out your email and order number, and we'll send you a return label. All returns must have tags attached. To cover our return shipping and restocking fees, we’ll deduct $5 from your purchase order.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you send your Pack back without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for quality assurance reasons.
