Once your pet is safely secured, the Tushpuppy can be worn hands-free for many everyday activities. Every dog is different, though, and some pups may feel more comfortable with a reassuring hand nearby—especially while you're walking or if they choose not to sit on the carrier.

For your pet's safety, we recommend always attaching the safety latch to a harness, never to a collar or leash. If your dog doesn't sits while being carried on Tushpuppy, keep a hand near them to help them feel secure and supported.
