Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive your tracking information via email. We ship from California and Ohio, and typically send your order from the location that is closest to you. For orders within the United States, shipping can take 2 to 7 business days. 

All orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed that day; orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Our fulfillment centers are not open on weekends or holidays; any orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes between 7-14 business days. However, times can vary depending on factors like your specific location and the shipping carrier’s methods. We do not offer express shipping options for these orders. 

Please note that once in transit, some shipping carriers may face their own delays that we cannot control once your order has been shipped.
