Redo Shipping Guarantee coverage can only be added at checkout when the order is placed and cannot be added once the order has been submitted or shipped.

If Redo coverage was not selected at checkout, your order will remain covered under our standard return policy, which allows returns within 30 days. All items must be returned unused and with tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable.
